To create the brownie layer, you will need 200 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, half a cup of white flour, a quarter cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

The cookie layer requires 100 grams of softened butter, half a cup of brown sugar, a quarter cup of white sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 and a quarter cups of white flour, half a teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and half a cup of chocolate chips.

Instructions for Brownie Preparation

Begin by melting the dark chocolate with butter using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, gently combining until the mixture is smooth.

In a separate bowl, cream butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, then mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips, taking care not to overmix.
